Thor 11-714 Thorex Nylon Hammer (44mm) 850G
The Thor 11-714 has a chrome-plated zinc head on a plastic handle. It has two screw-in nylon faces which are designed to be replaced when worn. The hammer is available in different weights and used as a multi-purpose striking tool in most assembly applications including engineering, furniture making, shopfitting, partitioning, double glazing and injection moulding operations.
Features:
- Alternative colour coded faces to distinguish hardness are also available
- Fitted as standard with screw-in White Nylon Faces and Plastic Handle
- Faces are designed to wear and to be replaced by hand
- All faces are one-piece moulded
- No metal pegs or inserts to damage the workpiece when worn
- Serrations in the metal head prevent faces coming loose during use
- Faces have a shoulder for extra strength and to prevent a fracture from misdirected blows
