How much does delivery cost?
Flat £4.45 UK Mainland delivery on all orders. Free tracked delivery when you spend over £100.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Do you deliver outside UK Mainland?
Our standard flat rate covers UK Mainland only. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands or international enquiries, please contact us for a quote.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also log into your account to view live order status.

What is your returns policy?
We offer 14-day returns on all orders. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@sprintdrives.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item back at our warehouse.
What if my item is defective?
Defective items qualify for free return postage. We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice. No quibbles.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking link first (sent by email). If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's been more than 5 working days, contact us immediately.
I received the wrong item.
We're sorry about that. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received — we'll arrange a free return and send the correct item right away.
My item arrived damaged.
Please email a photo of the damage to info@sprintdrives.co.uk with your order number. We'll arrange collection and a replacement or refund.
An item is missing from my order.
Sometimes large orders ship in multiple parcels — check your tracking for multiple shipments. If something is genuinely missing, contact us and we'll sort it immediately.

Are your products genuine?
Every product is 100% genuine, sourced directly from authorised UK distributors. No grey imports, no third-party marketplace risks.
What warranty do products carry?
All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty periods vary by brand and product.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We'll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Can I pay with Klarna or Clearpay?
Yes — both are available at checkout. Split into interest-free instalments. Subject to eligibility and approval by the lender.
