Description
Marshalltown M52D Margin Trowel DuraSoft Handle 5″ × 2″ (127 × 50 mm)
Description:
The Marshalltown M52D is a margin trowel designed for finishing plaster, mortar or cement edges—especially useful in tight spaces, narrow joints, or around windows and doors where a full-size trowel won’t fit. Its flat, rectangular blade and compact size make it ideal for edge finishing, patching, small plaster touches, and detailed masonry work. The single-piece forged high-carbon steel blade offers strength and durability, while the DuraSoft ergonomic handle gives you a comfortable, soft grip to reduce fatigue during extended use.
Specifications:
- Blade material: forged high-carbon steel
- Blade dimensions: 127 mm (length) × 50 mm (width) — equivalent to 5″ × 2″
- Handle type: DuraSoft soft-grip handle for comfort
- Construction: Blade forged from a single piece of steel, tempered, ground and polished from toe to heel
- Typical weight: approx. 0.16 kg
- Pack: 1 trowel per pack
Features:
- Solid one-piece forged blade — maximises strength and avoids weak joints.
-
Tempered, ground and polished blade — gives a smooth finish and long service life.
- Compact flat-ended rectangular blade — ideal for finishing cement/plaster edges and working in confined or tight spaces (e.g. around window/door frames).
- DuraSoft soft-grip handle — comfortable to hold, reduces hand fatigue during prolonged use.
- Versatile for finishing, small repairs, patch-ups, edge work or wherever a large trowel is impractical.
Contains:
- 1 × Marshalltown M52D Margin Trowel (5″ × 2″ / 127 × 50 mm) with DuraSoft handle
