The EMV-3 is one of a range of high quality cast iron vices from Eclipse for general metal working applications. The EMV-3 has 4 Inch wide jaws and is capable of generating 2000 Kgf of force.
Features:
- Body and sliding jaw are manufactured from high quality grey cast iron. This material has excellent shock absorbing qualities
- For added safety, the tommy bar will bend before the vice becomes over-stressed
- Tommy bar and main screw are manufactured from steel
- Hardened steel replaceable jaw plates
- Slide is precision milled to a high tolerance for a fast, smooth operation
