Made from high-grade 304 stainless steel, this hose clip offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for industrial, marine, and oil & gas applications.
Features:
- 7mm slotted screw for ease of use
- Bright silver plated finish, with partial serrations
- Trivalent Chromate plating (Cr3) for ROHS compliance
- Corrosion resistance tested in salt spray test >500 hours
- The housing is rivet for extra strength and provides smooth contact with the hose
- The band thread is cold-formed resulting in a smooth underside surface profile to optimise hose protection
- The band is processed to erase burrs from the edges and to increase strength ensuring a high destructive torque
- W4 worm drive hose clips are made from the finest 304-grade stainless steel (Autensic Grade 18% Chromium / 8% Nickel) for a high degree of corrosion resistance
