It is spring loaded for ratchet like use with a body in traditional forged steel that has been anti corrosion treated. The comfortable to use traditional metal bodied wrench has long lasting serrated induction hardened jaws. US Norm GGG-W-651. Type 1 Class B. UNE 16554.
