Clamping Lug Connectors
An alternative to the belt connectors are the clamping lug connectors. These are custom-made for you. Two models are available:
Belt Connector Model Speedy
Three-piece belt connector made of cast iron or bronze, standard width 50 mm, suitable for a maximum belt load of 800 kg/cm. Available in grey cast iron and brass.
Belt Connector Models 1,2 and 3
available in bright / galvanized steel and stainless steel 1.4301 (Grade 304) / 1.4571 (Grade 316Ti)
Installation of the belt connectors
Example of the installation of four belt connectors for belt widths between 200 and 230 mm. The individual belt connectors may be spaced between 0 and 10 mm.
