Sprint Drives offers a full line of power transmission belts, including a variety of friction-fit drive elements for wraparound drives where slip is permissible. Wrapped V-belts for harsh ambient conditions, raw-edge V-belts for maximum power transmission, and serpentine 1  or variable-speed belts for adjustable transmission ratios – Our V-belts are exceptionally smooth power transmission components for a wide range of applications.

Havy Duty Raw-Edge V-Belts – CONTI®V FO PIONEER

Transversely stiff, raw-edge, heavy-duty V-belts for powerful, sustained power transmission with enhanced running smoothness; compliant with DIN 7753.

From fans and compressors to mechanical engineering in general, by expanding our product range, we have incorporated the advantages of the belt drive into plant engineering in its entirety. This is because we now offer the Pioneer V-Belts in an expanded range-pitch length of up to five meters. Thanks to this, high power transmission with maintenance-free heavy-duty V-belts can now be achieved in almost all industrial applications.

Quality and diversity 

The PIONEER V-Belts opens up new possibilities for machine and plant engineering. “Because our heavy-duty V-belt is now also available in a length of five meters, it can be installed in larger systems with bigger center distances.

Lightweight, durable and stable

In every length, the heavy-duty V-belt is characterized by powerful, permanent power transmission with very quiet running as per DIN 7753. It is maintenance-free and temperature-resistant from -40°C to +130°C. Its stability is ensured by an EPDM design with a durable, abrasion-resistant compound, a tensile member made of polyester and a cover fabric made of cotton. It is also resistant to dust and tropical climates, conductive as per ISO 1813 as well as partially oil resistant. In the entire product range, the PIONEER V-Belts replaces the ADVANCE line.
