Claus Elevator Bucket
The Claus elevator buckets are available in different materials. Steel in S235 and stainless steel 1.4301/1.4404 and plastics such as HDPE, PA (nylon) and PUR.
The low height (h1) and the relatively large radius ensure that the Claus elevator buckets eject the material to be conveyed effortlessly even at high belt speeds. This allows a higher capacity to be achieved.

Z2 = gross litre content, Z3 = net litre content.In addition, the Claus elevator buckets are also available in thicknesses of (t) 2.5 and 3.0 mm.
Special productions with different hole spacing are sometimes possible.
Claus Plastic
SprintDrives supplies Claus elevator buckets made of plastic (PEHD, nylon) directly from stock. PUR and Zytel are also available.
The plastic elevator buckets are also ideal for conveying sticky or greasy products. Another advantage is that the plastic elevator buckets do not strike sparks when they run out of balance. The majority of the cups are offered with cambered holes.
