1. Bucket Elevator

The bucket elevator is a versatile conveying equipment designed to lift materials from lower levels to higher elevations. It is ideally suited for vertically transporting solid block materials and small particle materials like limestone, coal, gypsum, clinker, dry clay, cement, coal powder, and more. Materials are fed into the hopper through a vibrating table and are then continuously lifted upward by the bucket elevator. The conveying speed can be adjusted to match the desired capacity, and the lifting height can be customized to meet specific requirements. At Sprint Drives, we offer two types of bucket elevators: the NE Series and the TGD Series, each distinguished by its unique traction method.

NE Series Bucket Elevators

  1. Exceptional Lifting Capacity: Featuring a flow-through feeding type and strategic induction discharge type, the NE Series boasts an impressive lifting capacity range of 15-800 m³/h.

  2. Efficient Power Consumption: The NE Series eliminates the back-and-dig phenomenon during material lifting, resulting in lower reactive power requirements.

  3. Versatile Material Handling: Capable of handling powders, granules, lumps, and materials with temperatures up to 250°C, the NE Series offers a wide range of material compatibility.

  4. Impressive Lifting Heights: With a low chain speed and stable operation, the NE Series utilizes a high-strength, wear-resistant plate chain to achieve lifting heights of up to 40 meters.

  7. Cost-Effective Maintenance: Minimizes maintenance costs and downtime.

Tubular Belt Conveyor

The tubular belt conveyor is a specialized type of belt conveyor evolved from the grooved belt conveyor. It employs multiple rollers (typically six) to shape the conveyor belt into a tubular form, enabling the efficient transportation of various loose materials, including powders, granules, or blocks. The tubular belt conveyor is well-suited for conveying bulk materials with a density less than 2500 kg/m³. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 40°C and can meet specific requirements for heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, explosion protection, flame retardant, and other factors.

Advantages

1.Sealed conveying of materials can reduce environmental pollution;

2.It can realize turning operation with small curvature radius;

3.The reciprocating operation of the belt can be used to realize two-way conveying;

4.If the tubular belt conveyor is selected, the trestle is not necessary, which saves the trestle cost;

5.Save space, save civil engineering and equipment investment, reduce the fault point and cost of equipment maintenance and operation.

3 Scraper Conveyor

TGSS series scraper conveyor is a conveying equipment that continuously transports bulk materials with the help of a moving scraper chain in a closed rectangular cross-section shell. It is mainly used to transport powdery, granular and small block materials. It is widely used in the horizontal transportation of materials and small particles in feed, chemical industry, grain depots, ports and terminals, grease and other industries.

Advantages:

  1. Exceptional Durability: The high-strength chain, chain plate, and pin scraper fixed piece undergo specialized heat treatment, ensuring superior strength and wear resistance.

  2. Quiet Operation and Extended Lifespan: The scraper is crafted from ultra-polymer wear-resistant material, effectively reducing noise and prolonging the equipment's service life.

  3. Modular Design for Easy Maintenance: The detachable cover plate, side plates, and bottom plate facilitate inspection, maintenance, and replacement, streamlining the maintenance process.

  4. Precision Adjustment: The transmission bracket is manufactured as a single unit and features dual fine-tuning screw holes for precise adjustments.

4. Air Cushion Conveyor

Air cushion belt conveyors are widely adopted in various industries, including metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical, grain, light industry, ports and terminals, cement, and building materials, due to their lightweight structure, substantial conveying capacity, and minimal load on the silo roof.
