A high-performance elevator belt engineered to handle the demands of heavy-duty lifting applications.
Its construction and characteristics differ from those of traditional steel cable belts. Their steel cord carcass consists of low elongation, yet high elasticity steel cords in the length and cross rigid cables in the width, all embedded in a solid rubber mass that cannot delaminate. The built-in elasticity allows running over lightly crowned pulleys while the rigid weft construction war- rants excellent straight tracking. Manufacturing norms: DIN 22102, DIN 22131-C, and ISO norms.
Ideal for transporting heavy loads at elevated temperatures (up to +150°C), this belt is a reliable solution for industries requiring robust material handling capabilities.
Key Benefits:
Exceptional strength and durability
High-temperature resistance
Suitable for heavy-duty lifting applications
