Material Overview:

1. Natural Rubber

Known for excellent abrasion resistance, grip, and FDA compliance, it's ideal for paper, wood, inclined transportation,and tobacco industries.

  • Excellent grip in wet and dry characteristics

  • Temperature range -40 °C to 121 °C

2. Carboxylated Nitrile

Offers superior oil, fat, and abrasion resistance, making it suitable for paper, wood, sugar, detergent, and metal industries.

General Characteristics

  • Thermoset rubber

  • Excellent abrasion resistance

  • Excellent oil and fat resistance

  • Good grip in wet and dry characteristics

  • Temperature range -18 °C to 121 °C

3. Nitrile

Combines oil, fat, wear, and impact resistance with FDA/USDA approval, making it suitable for food processing,chemical, textile, and cardboard industries.

  • Wear and impact resistance

  • Temperature range -18 °C to 121 °C

4. SBR

Provides good abrasion resistance, grip, and economy, ideal for general packaging, airports, brick/tile, chemical, and carton industries.

  • Economical

  • Temperature range -40 °C to 121 °C

5. Butyl

Offers exceptional chemical and oil/fat resistance with FDA/USDA approval, making it suitable for freezers, frying operations, shrink tunnels, and food processing.

  • Excellent oil and fat resistance

  • Temperature range -54 °C to 149 °C

6. Silikon

Known for its release properties, chemical resistance, and FDA/USDA compliance, it's ideal for the tire industry, chemical processing, shrink tunnels, and food processing.

  • Excellent release properties

  • Good chemical resistance

  • FDA / USDA

  • Temperature range -54 °C to 176 °C continuous, -58 °C to 260 °C intermittent (depending upon carcass construction)

7. Teflon

Offers excellent release, chemical, and stain resistance but limited abrasion resistance, suitable for extrusion, food, chemical, and fiberglass industries.
