What is Covered
- Free repair or replacement of the product due to a covered defect
What is Not Covered
- General wear and tear (including pressure washer hoses and lances)
- Defects caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or using non-fresh water in pressure washers
- Products beyond the 12-month warranty period
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Gather Required Documents:
- Copy of your original purchase receipt
- Copy of your online product registration (if applicable – register within 30 days of purchase)
- Copy of your completed V-TUF Equipment maintenance log
