Sprint Drives offers a same-day dispatch service for orders made before 4:30 pm Monday – Friday*. These will be delivered on the next working day (UK Mainland only).
Orders under £100.00 ex VAT will incur a £6.00+VAT delivery charge.
All orders received after 4:30 pm Friday, or on Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
*Next-day delivery applies to parcels up to 20kg. The cut off for multiple parcel deliveries or pallet orders may fall into the next day’s dispatch.
Scottish Offshore Postcodes: Please note that due to increased shipping costs, we now charge a fixed rate of £25 for all orders delivered to Scottish offshore postcodes. This applies to the following postcodes: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3. Due to the remote nature of these addresses, delivery can take 3-5 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
As soon as your order is dispatched we will notify you via email. If it is not possible to dispatch your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason, it is not possible to fulfil your order, we will inform you by email or telephone.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible, please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
Prices for delivery are subject to change without prior notice by Sprint Drives. Dprint Drives reserves the right to contact the customer before dispatch of goods to inform them of a change in the cost of delivery.

Returns
Incorrectly supplied or damaged items – 14 DAYS TO RETURN
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please notify Sprint Drives within 24 hours of delivery. You can do this via the returns section of your account, or, if you checked out as a guest, through the dedicated returns link available on this page.
We will arrange collection of the item and, where appropriate, provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. If, upon inspection, no fault or damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for collection and re-delivery, or to deduct these costs from any refund issued.
We strongly recommend inspecting all goods before use. Any issues identified after the item has been used will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty process, as detailed on our Warranty page.
**All items must be in their original packaging (where applicable) and unused. We are unable to accept the return of a product/products which are not in their original, undamaged packaging.
