Warranty Exclusions
- Consumable parts like carbon brushes, floor brushes, and mops
- Using non-Numatic dust bags can damage your machine and void the warranty
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact your original dealer: They will assist you throughout the warranty claim process and arrange repairs using genuine Numatic parts
- If your original dealer is unavailable: Contact Numatic International Limited with full details of the claim and proof of purchase
- Numatic will assess the claim: If valid, they will provide the dealer with the necessary warranty parts
- Faulty parts must be returned: Numatic will validate the claim after receiving the returned items
Important Notes
- Warranty claims are only valid for the specific faulty part
- Claims due to wear and tear, misuse, or abuse will not be accepted
- Numatic reserves the right to charge for unnecessary work if a claim is invalid
- Warranty variations must be made in writing and authorized by Numatic International Limited
